 i saw a neglected/abused animal, what can we do?

few times already i saw this poor doggie, still no improvement. very cruel ppl (even see kuan-yin altar inside their house).......what to do??? opinion pls. mad.gif vmad.gif

Yes, please describe how they treat the dog. If you just put such a post like that, we are all just clueless.

If the situation is bad, take a picture of the dog in the situation and bring it to the SPCA. The officer in charge will go to the house and check the situation. If it is true and along with the photo, the authorities can take action.

Talk here won't do any good. Like I said before, want some action taken, then go on and do it. Take a pic, show the pic to SPCA and make a report.

Ai, told you already, take a Picture of the animal in pain or cruelty treated. Then call SPCA and say you want to report cruelty case lah.
