Yes, due to the fact that there are now more mobs and more calculation to the damages is needed. Its a lagfest for coop with CM now

Its not just lag issue but also rubber-banding .. altho the latest patch suppossed to fix it .. apparently rubber-banding still exists in the game
Any toonz that deal dmg while moving e.g ww barb, strafe DH & TR monk are severely affected by this issue

try to low down graphics low FPS ,tick off the critical number n tick low FX ,close ur all wedsite concentrate in the game try n see. ..

just tested play in public A1 MP10 ,its still LAGG i guess its patch problem.

you have good computer set + 20mb unifi still lagging??
the line is fully occupy by you alone or someone else in your house BT'ing?

5 person in a house,2 watching movie.no BT'ing....played at 3am when no body use the line still the same...i guess is the patch 1.08 problem

try put tweak in sound setting
set it to medium or low

you are not alone, mine with unifi, 16gb ram, ssd, and i7 2012 socket also lag when too many mobs in multiplayer. barb + monk spree killing

this for sure 1.08 bug i guess....

i'm not sure why but so far i'm still fine with 1.0.8.
my hardware spec is moderate only:
i5-2500k, 16gb RAM, ATi 5770, ssd, unifi 5mb, 22" LCD max resolution @ 1680 x 1050 & vertical sync active.
i tried public game or coop with cm wiz + exploding palm still feel smooth.
the only reason i'm lagging is when my family members downloading or youtube.

I think if you coop, the other parties' spec also contributed as when
- I play solo, no problem
- with dreaming, less problem
- with the previous holy laptop cowithgun, lagfest
- with the NEW holy DESKTOP cowithgun, smoothie

yesterday night tried few act having some problem that i disable all the damage display till the same.

I got the same problem as well, when no mobs around very smooth. but when crowded the ping bar will immediately turn red and lag. I tried public game or solo all the same. I've died few time because of this.

since yesterday diablo 3 lag like hell. lowest was 500ms, higher...no need to say lah. almost kill my HC toon!

facing the same problem, tot restarting modem might help solve this..but still after few tries still the same lagging prob

so now just wait and camp at AH...want to play also no mood

SAME here.. omg. the lag became terrible.

the problem only occur on US server, however EU server seem ok as no high latency while playing it. I did same way as u did, restart modem, plus did network troubleshoot and reconfigure network.

now I knew I am not alone. heehee, tq.

I also encounter same problem for the last few days. I think it's tm or unifi issue.
Tips to reduce screen lag which also effects your latency cause of freeze.

Disable anti virus - texture files loading are being scan by anti virus
Buy ssd hard drive or
Install / copy whole folder to another physical drive. You must have 2 drive and not 1 drive partition into 2. Basically different drive from windows. Same reason cause of texture loading.

sinced 2 days ago all my game was stable latency about 230....just when join game its became red..after few sec its ok n ready to roll.

I get disconnected from game after playing awhile.

I guess blizzard is cutting down their server budget. earlier maybe they have like 1000 servers to serve players, now maybe 100 servers. again...MAYBE.

I wont dare to play for time being. waiting until stable or next patch.

Lucky not playing Hardcore.
