For me, music is essential when working out; I just can't feel it without a beat pumping my workout. I've been running dry lately so I thought this was the perfect opportunity to ask you guys to share your playlist. This is probably not the section for music but I just thought it'd be convenient since it's for people interested in strength training and bodybuilding.

I will add my list here, I actually dump the entire thing on my shuffle, but I shall separate them here. Mainly electronic music, heavily on dubsteps because of the growls which is friggin awesome for lifting. Here goes:
For lifting: // Dubsteps & Electro-ish & House-ish & Trance-ish Skrillex vs Adele - Set Fire to Everybody (ca7's Mashup) Ellie Goulding - Lights (Dubstep Remix) Bong Bratkilla - Shockwave Bring That Beat Back Deadmau - Profesional Griefers DJ FOUR EYEZ - 2 HARD 2 BITE Freestylers - Cracks (Ft. Belle Humble) (Flux Pavilion Remix) John O Callaghan - Find Yourself feat. Sarah Howells (Cosmic gate Remix) Jorge - 300Violins // epic electro Classical Justice - Genesis Kevin Rudolf - In the City Kraddy Android - Porn Professor Green - Monster feat. Example (Camo & Krooked Remix) Skrillex - Bangarang feat Sirah Skrillex - Kyoto (feat. Sirah) Skrillex & Wolfgang Gartner - The Devil's Den (Original Mix) Tristam & Stephen Walking - Too Simple [Monstercat Release] Zedd - Spectrum // Rock & Hip Hop // most has explicit lyrics, the aggro is great for me Disturbed - Down With the Sickness 50Cent - Ready for War Black Sabbath - Iron Man Eminem - Till I Collapse Fort Minor - Petrified Fort Minor - Remember The Name Bloodhound Gang - Roof is on Fire Linkin Part - Numb Encore Feat. Jay-Z P.O.D. - Boom Points Of Authority - 99 Problems One Step Closer *above track can also be searched by: Jay-Z vs Linkin Park - 99 Problems B*tch ain't One. PE - Raise Hell --> Super Aggro. Turns me into Super Saiyan most of the time // Cardio/Running/Spinning/: // Mostly Breaks & House types Access Denied - People Get Up (Original Mix) Arthur Baker - Breaker Revenge (Freestylers Remix) Daft Punk - Harder Better Faster Stronger Dash - Man on The Run Feat. Berlin Electrocore + KSI - New School Ressurection Far Too Loud - Megaloud (Original_Mix) Fatboy Slim - WildChild Blue Stahli - The Pure // For some reason, this wont fit any category, but I like it on my playlist Ginuwine - Pony |

Recently 'Turn Me On' will get me all hyped up and go full force (especially the chorus). But anyhow here's my favourite playlist (yep they're mostly from my Body Attack/ Body Combat tracks):
Tuff Rider - Turn Me On (Kandy Man Remix Edit) better than Nicki Minaj's version. Another favourite: Sweat Box - You And I (Technoposse Radio Edit) - again, much better than Gaga's version. A song that gives a lot of motivation: Pink's Bridge of Light Also a personal favourite: Don't Feel Like Love - Hixxy Well what the heck, here's another one: For a Lifetime (Breeze Mix) - Adam Harris (Clubland X-Treme Hardcore 8) |
