Hie, im new to bodybuilding just started 3 months ago

I need some help to review my meal

Morning - Bran Cereal with LF milk (prunes and peanuts) + Fat loss pill 1x + Multivitamin + Fish oil
Noon - Chicken wrap
Pre-workout - Bran Cereal with LF milk (prunes and peanuts) + Whey (1scoop) + Creatine (5g) + Fat loss pill 1x
Workout - Intra-workout drink
Post-workout - Whey (1scoop) + Creatine (5g)
Night - Chapatti + chicken + vege

Is my meal plan alright? Do give some comments since im a newbie notworthy.gif

Currently im overweight. Looking to lose fat and gain some muscle
Height:175cm
Weight:87kg
Body Fat:27%
Muscle:32%
BMI:29

mind asking what fat loss pill are you using? I dont remember any pills that are supposed to take pre-wo, isnt fat burners generally taken 1 hour before your meal?
ditch the chapati at night la, a lil bit of rice is okay la. you wont get fat from eating at least 1 bowl of rice.
