The guy who sells to the second hand car dealer messed up izit? 9 months car cannot be so low price. Biar betul. Low milage, changed rim.

I called the dealer and the dealer said the car is sold.

After 2 month searching  for secandhand kia forte (cannot afford for new)  finally yesterday manage to find 1 kia forte SX 6 speed 2011  . Already agree with the price & put deposit on it. Now just waiting for the loan process. Hopefully i can own this car coz i really2 admire it

same price as new proton preve cfe with RM5800 discount . Actually my first choice are forte but i notice that it is very difficult to find the secandhand car especially for the 6 speed model. so from my point of view, if this car are really difficult to find (secandhand) its show that this car are reliable.

On top of that, all common rules in buying a second hand car applies.

1) Check paint - If the car has perfect paint, don't buy. No dealer will repaint the whole car for you. Something must have happened before to the car.

2) Drive the car around - Get every one to shut up and off radio to check on irregular noise. Not dash board sound only. My car if she is in bad mood, dash board rattles, then I will drive slower.

3) Check for any irregular mods (non reversal, non plug and play) - Non plug and play means you cannot restore your car to stock stage. Will hamper warranty. Unless ex-user put in turbo for you then don't complain.

4) Check the tyre against millage - Low millage high tyre wear means this fellow before you is pushing the car. High millage low wear? He drives softly, or he just changed tyre.

5) Smell the car - See if there is any cigeratte smell (preference) or any lady smell if stated in the add is 'one careful lady driver'. This phrase seems to catch my attention every time.

6) Very important - Check if anyone hampers the plate stating engine number, chasis number. Just in case. Compare it with the actual chasis number on chasis and engine number on engine. Also check on whatever documents you can get your hands on before signing.

7) Others include oil leakage in engine compartment, water leakage in cabin,boot.

i am a kia forte secandhand buyer this week. Last Tuesday manage to found that kimchi at one of the usedcar, went there to check the condition of the car and the result are as per quote.
