QUOTE(blunderboy @ Jun 13 2013, 04:39 PM) For the auto cruise function they need to tap into other wire... So warranty might void... that's a shame cos i wanted the auto cruise one for my 1.6..if warranty no void still ok

just checked with the seller for D1 on the auto-cruise version - he said this:
"tapping wires won't void warranty"
I wonder if that's true? anyone can help confirm?

QUOTE(lingleeyen @ Jun 18 2013, 11:29 PM) I think you will need to verify what they mean by tap. Does it involve any cutting or just detach a socket and add in the D1 socket in between those brake lines. Getting to know how it is installed will help. good point. checking with him on that

QUOTE(suai @ Jun 30 2013, 12:55 PM) Just wonder, will it affect Forte's spare part? Is cerato main spare part same as Forte? Maybe SA can advise on this. shouldn't be same unless they have shared parts which is doubtful..two different generation of cars..

QUOTE(craxors @ Jul 26 2013, 07:44 PM) If...cerato sale didnt go well as the price on the high tide, possible for them to reproduction forte? impossible. Forte has been phased out and replaced with cerato, no way they will reproduce forte. the demand will go down only because of the price here, worldwide will still have better demand for the cerato.
