It seems cheap but actually not.
Imagine the price 70k, 10% dp, balance. 9 years loan at 3%(assume)
9×0.03×63000=17010
so total you need to pay = 7000+17010+63000=87010(not yet include Any other chargers From dealer )
Where as for new car otr 85800
10% dp, balance 9 year loan at 1.88%
9×0.0188×77220=13066
So total you need to pay = 8580+13066+77220=98866
Difference is 12k, and after a few thousands added. For insurance, ownership transfer fee, puspakom etc.,
Just less than 10k ....
Well, selling price shall be calculated as selling only. Interest rate differs and it is not fair to compare promo and second hand car rate. It is only fair f we sum up all the charges and fees as total selling. Imagine the price 70k, 10% dp, balance. 9 years loan at 3%(assume)
9×0.03×63000=17010
so total you need to pay = 7000+17010+63000=87010(not yet include Any other chargers From dealer )

There was a post from Bro Iz saying that the 4 speed, 2010 - 2011-ish car (I cannot remember), not registered and new, is selling at 6% depreciation rate from RM 81500. So this one in mudah is not normal. 9 months car. 20k difference.
