power bank 5000 mah juz can charge S3 at 1.5 times only?

i use yoobao 11200mAh, normally can charge up to 5 times, but 5th charge usually at most until 80-90% only.

i think it's really a matter of how much you use your phone while it's charging 

and of course, how old the powerbank is

My S3 sent to factory just one week over warranty period.
Now SME charging RM7xx for changing mboard and microsim slot...
Gosh, from S2 to S3, the mboard keep having prob, is it me only or others also have this issue?

wanna ask u guys, do u people always charge your batt only when low? and if charge do you charge it all the way up to 100%? coz when i charge battery i often din charge it till full one. sometimes 50% also charge dy

aosp rom are better for me.
Don't think I will flash touch wiz rom again on s3
Custom aosp rom have
~led customization, fading effect is good. Those paid app doesn't even come close.
~on screen keys. Very intuitive and make phone usage a lot faster

Why you guys like touch wiz?
Any fantastic feature absent in aosp that I'm missing?
