Is it true some shops that sells second hand phone would "modify" the phones they get from trade in buyers and switch lousy parts into it before they sell it? What is a fair price for a 1 year old S3?

today i got this problem...when i let my phone sleep for long time..my sd card will be unmounted... then it mounted back... for 1st time i try reboot my phone..after booted my sd not mounted.... i try reinsert my sd...no luck... so i try restart without sd... it stuck at bootloader... i take out batt, sim and sd...then put it back...my phone can boot normally... my sd is mounted.... but if i let it sleep for long time..it unmounted again..then mounted... it my sd prob? hope not my phone...=.=

im using stock rom and rooted with framaroot...

damn...it still new...i only use it about 3 week...lexar 23gb class10... i had read in internet about this problem...many ppl faced this problem... mostly they use sandisk class 10...some of them claim that samsung 32gb class 10 dont face this problem...hmm...any suggestion for other brand...

It's only on lockscreen..not homescreen.

S4 lockscreen can detect our finger even when we didn't touch the screen. If we hover our finger near the screen..a soft light will lit up and follow our finger movement.

If we slide the lockscreen..that's what i call those falling stars as the dim light lit up and follow our finger slide across the screen.

Hmm..forgot to add. Once our finger touch the lockscreen then comes the nice magic wands jinggle sound..lolz

guys, i just try using skype... but the video is terrible.. blank video... does our ISP problem or the phone itself?

can you suggest me one? video call from s3 and nokia N8...

Never trust powerbank, better take a usb together n charge in office or any workspace

used powerbank for about 6 months, yoobao 13000 mah. still using it until now, working great and not have any battery effect.

commonly charge from 1.5A output because it faster than wall charger. i monitor the current, voltage and temperature from current widget and it stated charging on 999mA, voltage not have much diff with wall charger which is 4.3v when reach 100% and the temperature while charging from 32-38°C when not use. if use, it might reach 45°C.

the reason i choose to use powerbank becase i always charge my phone during sleep. if use wall charger, must have overcharge. but when using this powerbank, it will auto disconnect when reach 100%

1. i can charge 4x using 13000mah powerbank. if i used wall charger, it takes 2.5 to 3 hours to full. 2.5x4=10 hours. but charging while using phone will takes longer time to become full. to charge the powerbank takes 12 hours to become full. actually, i dont see any different using wall charger and powerbank since i charge the powerbank in the morning and it will fully charged in the afternoon.

3. this is true. but in the current widget stated the flow still 999mA from the charger while when using powerbank it completely off and become 0mA.

2A  charging is for those battery got large capacity like tablet.our phone battery capacity range is around 15000 mah - 30000 mah.if u use to big output current to charge your phone then the battery life very fast die liao.thats why all original charger only come with 1A output

i say use 2A output current to charge our phone is no good for the battery.i know it fast.but up to u wan use whatever to charge.it is not my business.i juz give some advise only.still dun understand then find a hole and jump inside.if u wan fast then why dun u find 5A current output to charge

I maybe wrong but I think the phone (on stock firmware) will only accept max 1A. No matter if you use 1A or 2A charger. It still receiving 1A input.

Less than 1A charger is different story. If you use 0.5A or 0 75A charger...then it will charge slower as it take longer time with the lower output charger.

Yeah.. logically it shouldn't bring any harm to the battery.
On the other hand.. some ppl believe the battery will last longer if we use slower charger (0.5/0.75A) but I think using the specific charger (1A) is the right way as remommended by the manufacturer. ..lolz

switching on wifi and mobile data at the same time. the phone will use only one of those, right? for eg, if i am in a room with wifi access, my mobile data will be switched off?
