QUOTE(benny888 @ May 21 2013, 10:40 AM) ROOTING will NOT and NEVER will increase phone performance Last time maybe I doesn't tweak correct or enough cause my antutu reading after tweaking. Can't recall what I change.. It is what you do after root , eg applying tweaks to CPU, installing custom kernels that will give you performance improvements |

QUOTE(salimbest83 @ May 22 2013, 09:39 AM) hmmm... not really leh... there are few sign that causing the drop...1. Samsung drop RPP price <- this drop not cause by this reason 2. Demand getting lesser <- could be this reason 3. S4 got some bug that chase buyer away <- this drop not cause by this reason, so far S4 I heard is running well. 4. More Competitor (seller) <- this drop not cause by this reason |

QUOTE(syiafuku @ May 25 2013, 09:11 AM) hi guys. my gf's s3 froze and couldnt boot since then. tried pullint out the battery method but still no go.probably it's the sudden death syndrome i just googled about. If lazy can try wipe cache and if still cannot, factory reset too. if still cannot SC loh.. Remember factory reset will wipe everything.. you don't backup before?? Otherwise too bad..its non-root and still under warranty.any other solutions aside from sending it back at samsung? and she didnt back up her datas before i think Anyway when send to SC sure they will do factory reset and result still same like do own... |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ May 26 2013, 09:18 PM) Sometimes I don't understand why they worry bout the SOT. Hahahaha! yalo! just to add-on ..Ppl use their phones differently. Some are heavy usage..some moderate and some on very light usage. My own categories. Heavy usage - primary on browsing. Browser app will be sitting on the very top beside screen display. Moderate usage - a few browsing plus other activities. Browser app should be shown but not at the top. Light usage - no browsing but still have other activities done. Very light usage - same as light usage but without data/3G. Heavy usage - When accidentally installed some apps that heavily running background without noticing Light usage - Switch on 3G/ data without even touching the phone at all unless new massages or calls. Very light usage same as light but no 3G/ data Aiya! if not power charge loh... |

QUOTE(waveweaver @ May 26 2013, 09:23 PM) Nobody get 5hrs SOT while on heavy usage. hahahaha! or turning on the phone to make sure 5hrs SOT without doing anything.. Moderate usage..maybe but I believe they only do light or extra light usage...lolz. My logic is.... as long as you touched/ used an apps the power drop... |
