you can always switch the server for only digital version; otherwise purchase from only retail will bound account .

Played the starter edition and really liked it, especially the multiplayer. I'm going to get the full version WOL + HOTS after my finals finish.

I believe mine is a retail version where it allows me to change regions. Just update your patch to the latest patch.

Can find players at any time because the NA server has way way way more people than the SEA server. For me i have no lag issues or anything on NA thats why i mainly play there

and for those new here, u can search for "Lowyatnet" chat at SEA and NA there, just leave it open, we normally gather there at night, mostly Fri-Sun nights ATM. GLHF!

Both actually. There's a group called Lowyatnet, but it's been a long while since I've seen any of them online though.

I leave myself online on the lowyatnet chat channel, but no one seems to go online much either.

I have added quite a number of players on my list and I put a note on them to tell me if they're from the LYN forums. On a lucky night, I could see 3 or 4 online.

I think it's just much easier to contact through facebook since the chat groups can be very dead. A lot of people do pursue facebook after all and its not a must to be there online at all times.
Low yat.net forums here also technically should work but don't know why nobody comes here and ask around often enough xD

there's 2. one is "LYN" clan, another one is "lowyatnet". u just need to look for one.

I heard that protoss units : carrier and mothership have been removed from the game, is it true?

The Carrier was removed during the HotS beta, but was reinstated.

The Mothership was never removed, but could be brought out earlier via the Mothership Core, which could eventually be morphed into the Mothership.

can be morphed but still need fleet beacon. and take very long time to morph.

Naturally, because the Mothership is a hero unit with terribly strong abilities.

I feel wol mamaship had way stronger abilities than in hots. Hots only cloaking seems useful.

watched like 40 replays from the latest games by pros, like DreamHack Valencia, Red Bull ECL, didnt saw any protoss player even bother to use Mothership

bcoz lategame detection is available so mass cloaking useless, not only that time to change core to mamaship very long and no more vortex if not wrong

dont know should i stick to wing of liberty or upgrade to heart of the swarm..

Its never a waste to get a game from Blizzard (Excepting D3 lol)

Unlike other games, Blizzard has a long lasting track record of game availability. Servers are practically never down even after the game is discontinued (Brood war Battlenet still alive yo). This is still after 15 years....yeah 15 years...

You are going to need it eventually for Legacy of the Void to finish off the campaign if you are a story fanatic like me xD.

More like 2016. Blizzard will not release it on 2014, that's for sure. They're going to announce something big, and related to the Diablo universe during Gamescom next week. Rumor has it that it might be D3's expansion or a new MMORPG, with a probable release this November or early next year. Either way, with development on this new Diablo universe title, I doubt they'd start with LotV.

Search on Lelong. You could find HotS for as low as 125RM. I bought my HotS box for my other account at one of the shops in 1Utama for 135RM if I remember correctly. My main account is the Digital Deluxe, for around 188RM.

Would you provide us more options in adjusting the video clarity? I prefer to watch it in 360 p as my internet connection is not fast enuf...

He cant unless he is partnered to twitch and that requires 400+ daily viewers or something... quality is fixed

I could run in 360p but people also want 720p so kind of the dillemma. thats why I went the middle road

I could use gamecreds that gives the feature but apparently some people have dc issues with it.
