1. What's the best deal i can get now to buy SC2? From blizzard store @ 19.90$ for WoL and 19.90$ for HotS? (I saw people talking about the bundle price but can't seem to find it now on blizzard website.)

2. If i bought it off there, will i get access to any region?

3. Can i download WoL starter pack for free at blizzard webpage and upgrade it with HotS expansion pack at 19.90$?

I haven played SC 2 for quite sometime,
so is HOTS is still happening or people start playing other game dy.

You can get matches under 1 minute. Over 1.2 million players are online on battle.net, over 3 - 4 thousand of games happening at any time on NA region. You might see this forum like got just little bit of replies, truth is most sc2 players would rather participate at the teamliquid forums. Just seems to me that players here dont share strategies too much because of the competitive nature of sc2.

Yeh, I think SEA is now a ghost town. Blizz might as well shut down the SEA server and every one of us play on NA.

Can't wait for patch 2.1 though. Lots of cool features. SCBW soundtrack most of all!

used to play is SEA, now is really like a ghost down, play 3 quick match, same opponent.

NA more happening, but SEA used to be very competitive, miss the old time.
