How much psf for the big units? Is it the same as the smaller units? Which one is facing pool?

4 star? From the model, the design and landscape is very nice. I think just that it doesn't have private lift lobby.

Do they use marble like arcoris? What brand of sanitary do they use? Villeroy and Boch as in MK28? BTW, Anyone have the brochure? Kindly upload to see.

Mont Kiara is definitely a good buy with this price. You cant get anywhere in Malaysia with this kinda atmosphere, convenience, security, environment, accessibility and the network of people at this price.

maintenance fee cheaper
package offered is more attractive (in another words entry fee is so much lower)

if u r looking for investment in terms of rental yield.. mk22 is definitely the better one to look at due to expats' preference towards mont kiara

One Central Park is lower due to small unit. While MK22 starts at 1900sqft.

Good, was so tempted to get one. But too bad my loan was rejected even for cheaper properties.
