Just bought a Q5 to replace my ancient and marked for death by Micro$oft N97 (mainly because it's the only phone sold in Malaysia with a keyboard, and the Android compatibility layer intrigues me). I think it's a solid phone, and comparing it to the ChaCha (which I also own) is unfair- this thing is far more powerful than the ChaCha and better designed. I've chosen it as my main phone, so far it works fine. The only problem with it is that the Android compatibility is somewhat limited- Amazon app cannot scan barcodes although it still works for the main purpose of mobile online shopping, Shazam cannot scan music, and both eBuddy and Opera Mini crashes the compatibility layer (although that doesn't crash the phone, but the inability to use Opera Mini is painful because DiGi has no 3G coverage in the mountains i.e. Frasers Hill and certain Cameron Highlands towns, and most islands off the east coast i.e. Tioman and Redang). It also doesn't support Blackberry 7 Java programs- which Amazon app, Shazam, and Opera Mini is available for, so you're locked out of all the older but useful programs available for older BB phones.
