Some strange item properties, Can anyone explain what are they?

There are 2 weapons I've seen with some really strange properties such as 'The Butcher still inhibits his carver' on the Butcher's Carver and 'This wand finds your death humorous' on Slorak's madness. Actually what are they for?? And got some more weapons with properties like that?

Butcher sickle = Stun + Drag the mobs to you. Much like how the butcher drag you and stun you.
Slorak's madness = when you die, he laugh at you. |
