Size & On-hand feel: Thin, lightweight. wont have the bulky feeling. wont bulge on pants' side pocket. feel cool(due to the alu sides and poly back. non-unibody, but still felt firm and sturdy.

Screen: nothing to shout about comparing with S4 / Ip5. but it is actually MORE COMFORTABLE to look at. why?? big screen size with big icons and live tiles. sharp screen reso (not till a point it actually pokes your eye - S4). i felt tired looking at S4 screen for too long (due to the brightness and sharpness. difference with 920? 920 is LCD, this is AMOLED and screen slightly bigger. both clearblack display is good enuf for direct under the sunlight visibility

battery: same with 920. so i assume the battery life would be probably the same (gsmarena clocks longer talktime and standy time). unless they did something with the amber update.

Whats the difference with 920?
-925 is AMOLED screen. 920 is LCD
-non-unibody with side alu frame which serves as an antenna.
-920 has build in wireless charging. sadly, 925 doesnt. you will need to buy an extra wireless cover for wireless charging and NFC to function.
-malaysia is onli ranging the 16gb internal memory version. while 920 has 32gb.
-similar camera with, carl zeiss, pureview, OIS, low-light, 8mp camera. BUT.. 920 has 5lens, 925 have 6, which result to sharper images
-proc is the same d-core with equal clock speed. memory stays at 1gb
-new smart camera, and HERE function. i forgot whats the name though..
-new build in data apps - data sense. which is actually avail for download for other models
-PRICE $$$$ could have a difference price range by 300-400
-color - 925 onli ranges 3 dull grey, black & white. while 920 retains its colorful feature.
