What you mean?

@taichi499, have you had a bad experience with Superbuy? If you have - then I might just not buy the 925 from em icon_question.gif

I just bought one yesterday... I think there is a signal/ antenna issue. In certain areas (most notably where I live in cry.gif ), there is absolutely NO signal. I think quite similar to the problem described here: http://forums.wpcentral.com/nokia-lumia-92...grip-death.html

I've asked Maxis to check, they did some resets. It seemed OK for a while, but once I got home, the problem happened again. To confirm - I used the same SIM on my old Lumia 800, and there were no issues. Which would more or less confirm that it's a phone issue, not network

Strangely, the network that it detects, if any - is Celcom's rclxub.gif

Guess it means I have to send it back for repairs? Yikes. I'm really disappointed.

i can assure you its board issue, sending repair through Nokia Care take aprox months or even worst because of New model,  Nokia repair center do not have spare part and have to back to back order. i suggest you can demand for 1 to 1 exchange.

Thanks for the advice - I'm thinking of dropping by the store in BV2 where I bought it from, see if I can request for a replacement?

If this is a broad issue, this is quite concerning... Especially all the noise they made how the aluminium bits wouldn't affect the signal!

*pats* sorry to hear that, man. Too bad I'm gonna be outstation right until raya or else I would like to test out this issue too since I've just received a test unit.
While I never encountered the need to visit Nokia Care but man, that sucks indeed.

Well, I've just returned from the authorised sales store - even bought a replacement SIM to show that it's not the cause of the no coverage issue.

She apologised profusely, explained that she could not escalate it to the relevant people (sigh) - and I'd have to visit the Nokia Care places which are conveniently open during working hours! (the Plaza Imbi branch is open first half of Saturday... Plaza Imbi shakehead.gif )

Looks like my phone is going to spend some time in limbo
