CCNA is really useless and worthless in the market. According to my friend who is a CCNP with 1 year exp, can only get RM2200. 
you should try to get a Juniper cert, because according to the CCNP friend, he got a friend with 1 year exp also who is JCIA only already can get RM5000 with Telokom Malaysia.
I think should be because of not much ppl know how to operate Juniper devices in TM.
