Everyone is taking advantage of this Nexus 7 craze. Not so cheap anymore.
You can add a bit more for better hardware... Unless you are one of those plain lovers.

QUOTE(-kytz- @ Jul 31 2013, 06:15 PM) We were all thinking that Newegg Malaysia might be offering a better price than most of the sellers here in LYN, but in fact they are slightly more expensive. Well, its going to be more expensive because its from newegg, and not neweggbusiness. There's a 6% tax if buying from Newegg.gogo2 must be pissed at Newegg https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/2844683/+380 Update: saw the 16GB listed on neweggbusiness, hmmm.... Shark mode on har? QUOTE(LemonCoke @ Jul 31 2013, 06:31 PM) Meanwhile currency Ringgit are weakening against USD....doubt Asus Malaysia will sell 32gb wifi at 899 n 16gb 799.probably same price as Newegg when they officially bring in. And add few hundreds more for LTE and all of a sudden, xperia don't seem to be that expensive. |

@IwanAGP,
Wow... But just like to remind you the previous version is selling higher than Newegg despite having a lower price tag and conversion rate. |

QUOTE(takashiyert @ Sep 1 2013, 08:03 AM) anyone know satu gadget dot com... d asus memo pad smart is selling rm799 but my friend bought one n i saw his device d screen look like not sharp and d colour look like blur d demo set where i can saw in d asus shop but i call d asus help line and d serial no is original. Well, if it's memopad smart, then it should be not that sharp. It only has 1280x800 over 10'' screen which translate 149 PPI. I think you probably looking at a different model. Usually the shop will crank up the display all the way to make the screen look better while it's not. I think the probability of you looking at another model which is the Transformer series is high. It has full HD and the IPS+ screen is very very nice indeed. Personally tried Nexus 7 2012 and Fonepad. I don't think there's much to expect from these sub 1K devices. If you want something sharp, Samsung is now dumping Nexus 10 for RM849. Sharpness is very very good, but don't expect color like ipad4. |

QUOTE(benny888 @ Sep 5 2013, 01:03 PM) Not available yet but I got quoted RM 1.2 K for USA set and 1.6K for Europe set. If wish to buy, better get Europe sets as it support 2 bands 1800 n 2600 Mhz unlike USA set only 1800 Mhz 1.6k??!! What makes them think one would shell out that much and not add a bit more for Z Ultra? |
