you can go direct to newegg office in subang empire, provided they still have ready stocks. if they deliver a faulty product, you can request for 1-to-1 exchange within 30 days, for first time only. if second unit still faulty then have to go through warranty process. another thing to note is that sometimes they don't keep stock for the items, so for 1-to-1 exchange, they have to ship it back to US and then wait for a new unit to be shipped over. the turnaround time may take up to a month.

Try closing the toolkit and start again, make sure all toolkit components are up-to-date. Btw, which toolkit you are using now? Wugfresh or mskip's nexus 7 toolkit?

Right now using carbon rom...and best kernel to use with it..can u guys recommend

and guys if ur using carbon rom and elemental kernel combo please beware, latest carbon rom 2 oct having some issues with elemental kernel. so hold back updating the rom until issues are resolved.
