Won't it would cost more later on.. And more messy.. Could also disrupt the MRT line when fully operations..

1) Cut 2 stations
2) Reduced station entranced and exit including predestrian walkway
3) Cut a number of train set
4) Cut design and asthetic of station - cheap tiles, no more alumininium wall cladding, etc etc etc
5) And of course cut profit.

So likely we will get substandard station vs MRT 1, and longer waiting time for train
