How it works

2. Provide the links and description in the thread or PM for the item you
intend to order in following format

3. Quotation will be sent to you
4. Bulk close upon reaching the necessary order amount
5. Make the full payment and awaiting payment from other participants
6. Order will be placed
7. Shipment reach Malaysia
8. Your item will be distributed within 1-2 working days in best
effort basis


Order Guidelines

1. Quotation will be sent upon request for your order

2. We only use the standard shipping provided by Karmaloop.com

3. Exchange rate will be based on daily forex rate (Selling TT/OD) on
the day of quotation sent

4. Shipping by Standard Shipping for to my place usually
takes 7-15 days.

5. General shipping cost in Malaysia for 2 items (Eg. Shirt) to your doorstep is as
below,

Poslaju -RM10 (WM), RM15(EM) in normal envelope
Posekpres - RM4 or RM5 or RM6 (mainly for stickers and pins)

Exact shipping cost will be calculated depending on order(s) made

6. After payment made, please kindly provide me with your shipping
address and contact no. for shipment purpose

7. If in any case, custom duties, taxes, etc being incurred, the cost will be
equally shared among the participants although precaution will be
made

8. If you decided to pay by PayPal to me, please add 4.5% as PayPal
fees surcharge. If you are using your PayPal balance to transfer RM,
there is no surcharge incur.

9. Bulk close immediately after agreements between all the participants

10. If in any case, the item found to be damaged, faulty, etc, participants
shall bear the return shipping cost themself (could be claimed against Karmaloop,
i will do my best help to check the item upon receiving and raise up the issue.
I am not liable for any loss suffered)

11. If in any case of loss package, i will help to make compensation claim
to Karmaloop, but i am not liable for the loss of any kind

12. By participating the bulk, you are deem to obey all the order
guidelines as stated and take the full responsibility
