Well for your info, those units are not normal sales ads. Those are bank lelong units. Owner fail to repay their loan and units end up in auction.

By the look at it, after selling also owner will still owe bank money as the selling price unable to cover the outstanding loan amount.

Certainly one of the worse performing new VP property.

There are some reasons behind it. Some units are selling relatively low not just auction.

Mind to share the reason? Eager to know why owner willing to sell at such low price.

No holding power.
Unable to rent out.
Not willing to lower rent.
etc.

So decide to cut the loss.

Location not bad, how come not able to rent out?
