By the way does anyone have the info when the Maju Linq to be started? as the info from Google is not that reliable as yesterday juz when to TBS look around i didn't the construction work there

Type B, corner unit and high floor. Just view the first page for the launching price. Almost 700k last time. Now you can get it at only 500k. Why not?

Interested can PM. Freehold. I repeat this is high floor. 1 floor level increase 1k usually. KLCC View. Facing east. So no need to worry of feeling hot during the night.

Well for your info, those units are not normal sales ads. Those are bank lelong units. Owner fail to repay their loan and units end up in auction.

By the look at it, after selling also owner will still owe bank money as the selling price unable to cover the outstanding loan amount.

Certainly one of the worse performing new VP property.

There are some reasons behind it. Some units are selling relatively low not just auction.
