Overall I think you have to think of the following:

-The pictures might look nice and sharp right now, but once you print them the card will be nearly 1 and 1/2 smaller than it is now. The pictures will be unable to be seen clearly, there fore either remove them or make them larger.

-Regardint typography and fonts you definitely need to play more with this, there is just 2 much information on one side of a card. There is no sense of focus in the card. Its just a piece of paper with lots of info and 3 pictures to be frank. I mean you have lots of information, with 3 pictures on the top and on top of that you have another transparent one in the bg. You need to organize and breakdown the card.

A suggestion would be printing it on 2 sides. On one side you should just have the name/ number and the name of the company. Play with typography or maybe even create a prominent logo. Whilst on the other side you could either list down the specialities or put pictures?

Overall honestly and frankly speaking there isn't much design elements and design thought into this card. I'm sure you can do much better and one should always plan and sketch a series of ideas before hitting on screen.
