Hi guys, i have problem taking screenshot with my s3mini. the home + power button doesnt seem to work. what could possibly be the cause ?

i just bought it yesterday. its original. i previously own an samsung ace plus. so i do know how it works but apparently it doesnt work the same with my s3mini .

help me please sifus !

sifus, i need help again. there seems to be a little problem in my s3 mini. it starts charging till a certain point. it will automatically stop. but the status will be still under charging. however, you can notice the battery ( example 85% to drop to 83% while charging and using ) ( battery level to stop at 85% charging for almost a day and still not going up by 1% ). so anyone can help me verify this problem ? thanks

why is that so ? because the problem still persist.
