there is another option, it change external sd become internal sdcard, but i havent try yet.

no you will not lose anything, its just an extra app that grant your all permission on your phone. but what you do with that permission will lose your emei and other stuff  . mostly if you installing custom rom or mods.

Nop, your emei will not be disturb if you root your phone. nothing bad will happen to your phone if you root it, just your warranty will be void, but we can unvoid it too  .

cuz its happen to me twice on my s2, the 1st time when i flash wrong phone firmware to my phone, i have softbrick, when i manage revive it, all my emei and efs file missing, my phone unusable for 1day, till i found my cwm folder that have my efs backup. 2nd times, while flashing custom roms, the phone got bootlop cuz the flash was fail, when i flash stock rom again, the efs and emei gone again, good things i keep my efs backup safe now 

just ask limyuyang, he have same experience scared to root, but he don't  have to worry about warranty

you already flash using odin the cwm recovery? try booting to recovery mode

press volume up + home button + power button, when the s3m word appear, release the power button, wait till cwm menu appear

no that the hard one, just do the 3 button and from the menu search for install from sdcard, browse that menu till you find the s3m root zip, and install it
