i was flasholic back when i have my s2, few times got myself softbrick , now what we need is have a good spec and firmware phone without relying on custom roms , so far note 2 already achieved that

Yup, s2 and s3 thread got a lot of ROMS.

My next phone will still be Samsung brand, and I plan I'll use s3 mini for 2 years, then change to other phone. So maybe 2 years later s5,s6,s7 all launched already. Now my current target is s4/s4 active.

Maybe note3 will have more 'SMART' function.

Sorry bro, I forgot to reply you. Well, even though it has an update, Samsung always don't provide a change log, so we can't know what has changed.

Btw, I'm on custom rom, can't check the update. Maybe u can check it if you are on stock rom now.

SMART function seem just gimmick from samsung , not really a WOW factor, but 4200maH++ battery will be WOW
no update on stock rom yet except roms for another county
