1. setting status, make sure it state normal/official
2. boot to download mode, check again if the binari download = no, current binary = official and system status is = offical/normal

from setting or download mode? the last step to clean that is boot to download mode, do factory reset/wipe data the do the wipe cache, this should get rid the "custom"

from download mode see still got custom ... i just went into recovery mode wipe data/ factory reset.. zzz

ok last checking . check setting>about device>status>device status>??? custom or official. if no more custom then you done full to stock and warranty back intact

did you untick the restore my backup? if you didn't, it will try to restore backup from samsung/google backup
