What happens if after flashing the stock rom still cannot turn on the phone ?

After flashing stock rom, SuperUser has gone and my device is not rooted anymore ......

What tweak did you do just before you bricked your phone? Some values cannot be used just because you feel like it. You have to READ and READ and READ.

I click "auto tweak" , then I choose "battery". After that, it reboot itself, in this time, my phone still works fine. Later, I feel like my phone is so slow, then I uninstall Android Tweaker. And I power off it ( SHUT DOWN, NOT REBOOT ). A few seconds later, I turn it on, but it doesn't show the Samsung logo. Thats it.

Flash it with cwm, the rom is already rooted. Will try that rom when I got home later.

Someone at this forum listed recommended bloatware that be disabled on stock s3mini. May be in version 1???
