Hi guys, im about to buy xzr tomorrow, may i know whats the difference between AP set and original set? The shop offering me rm1550 with 8Gb microSD, casing and screen protector+ free apps..i just checked the IMEI number from the phone and the box..its the same number..is this can consider as original set? Is there anything we can identify its originality such as sticker or something?

The shop guy said it came from Dynamics and have sony malaysia warranty for1year..is there any example of the dynamics sticker? Im new to sony, before used BB and nokia..after a tons of readings of phone review, then i decided to buy xzr...the physical size and apps market is tempting..not interested with bigger sized phone..i think zr quite good size compare to other flagship...

nope..im at Kulim Kedah...shops here all around rm1500-1700 la..sony booth all selling at rm1590 with free casing and 8Gb micro SD...

ya..but since the black color not in stock, so im buying from other fon shop..after some survey this shop at Giant Kulim, offering me with rm1550 dynamics set, sony 1year warranty, free casing+screen protector+apps+micro SD 8Gb..so i just worry about the originality, need to know how to spot the difference..

Finally i bought this phone today..quite impressive for 1st timer sony user. On the box got Dynamics sticker, on the battery area have small dynamics sticker, sony sticker, SKMM sticker..checked the IMEI no, phone-box-backside area all the same..so can concluded this is original set..normally how long you guys charge the battery for the 1st time? Is it OK if charge untill 100% then plug out the charger? THe shop guy say about 4-5 hrs..is it true?

not bulky..just fit on my hand..slightly bigger than iphone5..

yah..when i go to sony booth, they said white one very popular..i didnt like white, so thats why i bought the black one, but very limited stock..so far using seems good to me...well we will see then..how its perform..

the memory left about 3-4Gb when i got my phone. Found that system apps already around 3Gb..summore shop guy installed unnecessary games, so uninstall all then can get around 4Gb free..after that i install go launcher and go locker, use customized theme and install new games..the phone seems smooth to me..battery lasts about 2days with stamina mode..so far no lagging or hang..feel good with this phone..

after used this phone for a week, overall very satisfied with the performance. Installed many customized theme, apps, games but still have around 2-3Gb left..still can open many apps at 1time..video streaming, uploading all excelent..its also ergonomic too...btw, is it possible to transfer games or apps to SD cards? My bro using HTC with ICS, he can transfer all the apps to SD card, but i try with XZR, but cannot find any way to transfer the apps..all other media i store inside SD card to give space for the internal storage..

is there any goodness of rooting? I never have experience of rooting handphones, but my frens told me that internal system will be smaller, so u can get bigger space for your internal storage..is it true?

Also looking for dock charger, but found the price very expensive..if rm50-60 sumthing can afford la, but rm150 for a charger, make me thinking twice..too lazy to open the flap for charging..huhu

Wow, quite insterested..btw is it difficult to root? Is it updating the firmware same as rooting..previously have experience with BB, i change the OS5 to OS6..is it similar like that?

have u guys having trouble during update JB 4.3? Mine after the downloading complete, after turn off phone, then push volume down button while plugging the usb, my PC suddenly hang, sony companion could not detect the phone. But before turn off the phone, it could detect properly.

Btw, my phone when i plug in the usb cable, it detect as removable disc, not media transfer device..is that the problem? If that so, how i can turn back it into the media transfer device instead of removable disc??

Erk..all statement above is using Sony PC Companion..not on the air update..tq..

after trying for a few attempts, finally i upgraded with JB 4.3, everything were fine, but the recent apps windows is quite big..wonder how i can make it smaller like previous JB 4.2..i tried to find which setting to change the window size but could not find any..anyone here know where is it??

Nope, it just the window size on the right panel of screen, become full screen when i tap the recent apps button..just want to resize this window. Previous version is smaller and easier to turn off recent apps running on the background...

i did the 101 update via OTA...using PCC make my PC hang..not sure about the battery performance..just updated now..haha

same with me..then try again and OK..no problem..you should try one more time..

Nothing special..maybe just a luck..2nd try then OK..this update just a minor one i think..not much changed, but noticed that overall space i got 11Gb instead of 8Gb before..than camera have macro mode which i didn't notice before...

lagged after the updates...not cool...arghh...please release the stable one..
