Why do SONY only make the offer with Xperia Z Ultra and not together with Xperia ZR? Come on, I want free stuff as well

I personally have never seen Dynamics sticker as it is quite new to me. 5 years back, there was only Thorus and Midland. If anyone have a hold of it, a picture in here would definitely be welcome.
