Just reset to factory setting and the problem still occur...

so i am going to survey a new phone already and sad to say no sony for next phone... fix it outside at least 300 while sony service center charge me 600++.

Perhaps maybe previously when they replaced me a new phone because of water proof, they gave me a lousy phone? seem no one at here got this problem?

Thanks.

Your case still not consider the worse tho
My dad's iPhone 5 repaired four time within one year
first time is power button hard to be detect during press within few months
then go digi there repair (since he bundle with digi plan), then after repair back found that microphone received sound is too low volume, repaired for second time
then found that battery is too fast to discharging, repaired for third time
After bring back and use for one months ++, the phone is start to quick show battery 1% and shutdowm while the battery level is still got 30%++. initially still ok can open back, after few time the phone is refuse to open back and even charging, even I tried to go inside recovery mode and restore also can't, now digi is refuse to repair, so no choice my dad repair at his friend shop.

My ZR have no problem so far

Submerged my phone in sea yesterday and the touch screen went faulty. Went to service centre and they checked the indicator no problem. They told me that in this case they will have to send the device back to KL and 1-to-1 exchange for me. :/

Argh same thing happen to me last weekend! mad.gif Took it to swiming pool a few times already in several months, works fine but then at the last time after we finish swimming and arrived home, suddenly when I took out my phone from my bag the screen was flickering and half of it already dark! I was surprised because it was fine even after we finish swimmming that day. I then immediately turn it off then try to dry it out overnight (open cover, battery, flaps) and try to hairdry also but the screen compeltely gone already. Just today I called the service center and they say cannot repair so can only exchange with new phone. That means I'd loose all the data inside it! mad.gif Very dissapointed now with this phone and will never trust any waterproof phone anymore.

Is there a way to get the data back from the phone?? Because the phone itself actually still works, just the screen dead. Apprecaite any help on this.

The thing is if the screen is dead, then you cannot activate the connection to the PC. It says that the phone is still locked and need to be unlocked in order to connect! cry.gif

It's so lucky that we found it out while warranty still available, me too will never submerge it again after warranty gone.

Your case seems very bad luck. Mine submerged in sea but only part of it became untouchable but display still ok, but your only in swimming pool ady whole screen gone... OMG

It seems that the connection holding the screen to phone seeps water in.. did you dive with your phone? THey did say not to use in under pressure

No I did not, I was just swimming in the swimming pool and most of the time the phone is above water anyway.
