I didn't realise that DAVIS has been causing problems for other buyers as well.I emailed him before i made my purchase and he responded immediately.But that all changed after i confirmed my order and deposited my money into his account.After 3 days of not receiving my item i gave him a friendly reminder in his lelong store and also wrote a few emails to him enquiring for the tracking no but he did not reply a single of my email.As i needed the item urgently and after a week of not hearing from him i started to panic.Soon after that i got a hold of his number and called him asking bout my order.

I was shocked when he told me that the item i ordered is OUT OF STOCK!! I told him that if its out of stock why did he insist in his online store that the item is in stock? He then said that he has to put the item is in stock because if not people wont be able to order the items. I told him that he is very dishonest in lying about the availability of his stock when he has none and he has the audacity to raise his voice and ask me how is he being dishonest.Prior to that he also did not email me or inform me that it is out of stock and he even claims that he did reply all my mails which is totally bullshit.

So my guess is that he plans to hold peoples order after receiving payments and orders the items by then.As i thought that he is a very reputable seller and also from all the good feedbacks i see from his previous dealings i never thought this could happend. I demand my money back then and he did refund all my money immediately and i did not make a fuss out of it until now.

I ordered my stuff from another seller soon after that i receive my items in 2 working days and in time also because i needed the item for travelling.
