8. I reply asking for poslaju# again, and told him I will give a negative comment

9. Seller cancels my order even though money banked in and order shipped, not allowing me to give my honest feedback! Poslaju# finally given - now I hope he ships the right thing.

My goodness! In all my years doing online transactions in LYN/lelong/ebay, never have I had a bad experience and it is exactly because I assumed lelong rating looked quite good, and didn't bother to do background checks. Lesson learnt!

Mr. Seller, when doing business, your customers are king - please always respect your customers, and don't be rude. Be honest. You do not need to call your customer all sorts of names and be so defensive. Having a big ass ego does not help.

In the online world today, it is so important to maintain your reputation. You have just lost yours and the negative comments here will certainly not help either.

Note that there is another complaint about the same seller also.

he so slow delivery cause he actually buy from TMALL/TABAO and resell at u..i kena that...the delivery time is so damn long, cause need wait the shipment from TABAO china to his hand, then he koyak the TABAO address and post to u..LOL..fark this scammer

my case is like this, i so unlucky to bump to his deal where purchase samsung S7EDGE CURVED Tempered glass + case.

when i receive the item tempered glass turn out to be a FLAT tempered glass, and it's actually a Samsung S7 tempered glass which is not CURVED, i confront LEE JUN YIN (the seller) thru whatsapp, he then lecture me saying i didnt study enough and research enough to purchase, saying that the "CURVED" is actually the tempered glass edge is curved, then i was like WTF. I read the Q&A page that the item sell, someone did ask is it CURVED TEMPERED GLASS, he say yes, then only i proceed to purchase.

i have proceed the return request in 11street to return the item to seller for a refund, but he reject the return.

And i also had call CS to complaint my issue, CS told me to proceed return request and email my issue to their CS email address.

Is there any hope i can get back my money? (i know the amount is small, but is still my hard earn money)

p/s: im not the first victim being trick/scam by this seller LEE JUN YIN / unitedbazaar / tatabazaar / leonjunyin (i bet he still have alot a/c to scam/trick others).

Yes. Totally asshole seller. Someone should ban him from online selling, im sure theres alot victim out there being scam/trick by him.


Now im in no way. That Lee jun yin reject my return request and 11street CS yet to reply my mail.

Any sifu can help?

Any how i will try my best to get back my money.
