First , Please learn to respect other, be good personality before you learn anything right ?
  A person which bad personality , no culture is not better than someone with broken English

2nd , You mention us scam ??? can you find one ?? or ask someone to tell , how we scam ?? 1 case or 2 case is enough
          If you cannot , mean you are offense someone with no proof , no background , no data..  do our record , have anyone mention we scam people ??

3rd ,  every business operated over 3 years , sure have some complain , over 100,000 sure have few people not satisfy ,
        can you tell us any company with no any complain ?? even google , apple , and so on have complain ...
      Now a day really what kind of person appear , over pass 7-8 years , only less than 5 person complain , how do you think , it is bad or good we are doing our service ?

4th, we can cooperative and willing to tolerance with customers as long as it is logical and sound mind ,
    this 2 person complain on free gift , want to spread bad on us just because not satisfy with the free gift  we given ?  do you think how reasonable and logical , how normal they can be.

5th , we no idea who is the person we still continue to post , active this post , if not I saw my friend mention it few minutes ago ..I really don't know ..
