4th, we can cooperative and willing to tolerance with customers as long as it is logical and sound mind ,

Lelong buyer protection system is now strongly among the lazada and 11street

lelong now all must use netpay platform for payment ,

they hold the money , until item tracking number have record and successfully delivered ,

7 days after delivered only they release the money ,

but our account set 2 week after buyer received item , money only released by netpay to us .

because as our within 2 week 1 to 1 new exchange condition given .

at lelong 2 bad rating in a row , account will be immediately suspended ,

have customer complain to lelong , and we no reply in 48 hours , they will suspend too

now a day lelong very strict .

11street and lazada both using the same commission system .

they have special offer and shocking deal , because they commission scheme from seller very high

5% for drone , handphone , 10% for casing and normal item , lowest 3%
They use part of the money earned to give shocking deal .

lazada and 11street many china seller which sell product with provide no any warranty .

But anyhow , all platform like , shopee , 11street , lazada and lelong , Qoo10 all are 100% safe now ..they money hold by middle party until item received .

If you guys want to find cheap local item , better go for shopee or lelong , which is cheaper as netpay charges to seller 2.5-3.5%

lazada and 11street from 3%-12% on seller depend categories .

For sure lazada and 11street shocking deal or special offer sometime is really the lowest as they absord the cost for buyer from money earned .
