Yes! I was waiting for this to be released. Bitcomet 0.64 is so cacat with lots of bugs. And I found one good thing: connect to the previous peers immediately when restarting a task

Thanks HMMaster for sharing!

is 0.63 good? currently my dl onli 3-5... i jus go to bitcomet website and they said something ab half open connection... shud i use that patch?

QUOTE
One of these so called enhancements limits the number of simultaneous incomplete outbound TCP connection attempts ('half-open connections') per second to 10. This is supposed to slow down certain viruses because their spreading strategy is to try to connect to a high amount of random IP numbers. While this limit will slow down viruses, it will also slow P2P (peer-to-peer) applications that establish lots of connections over a short period of time. BitComet is one such application.

When the half-open connection limit is reached, new connections will be queued until some of the current connections are established. The 10 half-open connection limit applies to Windows, not just BitComet, so if BitComet is using all 10 half-open connections and you try to load a page in your web browser it may take a long time to connect, or even time out.

when i saw this thread, i was using 0.61
then i decided to download 0.64 coz .65 and .66 not stable, many ppl complain crashing.

so i backup the folder, upgrade to 0.64 and the speed slow down a lot,

i try back and forth between .61 and .64, .64 goes below 20KB, when i go back to .61, the speed immediately go above 30KB.

i am staying with .61 for the time being.
