Hello guys,
My goal is for me to reduce my body's fat % (especially the belly and love handles) and to build muscles as well. I started going to the gym early this year and for now, I commit to at least 4 - 5 days a week.
I am 24 years old, 91KGs (201lbs) and 187cm in height.
I used to have rice daily , and almost for every meal (Lunch & Dinner). Now it is reduced to about 2 times a week (On my rest days, Saturday & Sunday). The rest of the days, I try to have meat and bread staying within my daily colorie intake.
I did some reading and came up with a few supplements to aid me.
Scivation XTEND™
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein
MusclePharm Creatine
USP LABS SUPERCISSUS RX
Universal Nutrition: Animal Omega
Primaforce Pure ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid)
API Fat Burner Advanced
Since you are the begineer, not necessary to waste money on supplement, use the money to buy real foods instead...salmon, nuts..beef..they aint cheap anyway. My goal is for me to reduce my body's fat % (especially the belly and love handles) and to build muscles as well.
