ipad problem, cannot switch on

my brother ipad 4th generation cannot be switch on after turn off. Before switch off, the videos cannot be play (from youtubue) can load, but cannot play. got one time switch it on by chance and we plug to recharge it, it shows no sign of charging. we decide to restore via pc but pc unable to detect it as well? anyone encounter this issue before? the ipad is running on 6.1.3 no jailbreak.

Try hard reset by pressing the on/off and home buttons together until the Apple logo appears. If it cannot boot up your device, send it in to the service centre. |
