Both sports are great in their own rights ya?

I PLAY both of them so I can tell.

Typically people who likes high scoring games would obviously love basketball ( And a lot of american sports for that matter). Very offensive game. Lots of points scored. Surprisingly this game ( To me) gets very interesting when they lock up the defense. Last years Final Spurs ( No not the EPL Team) against Detroit Pistons was a classic

Football is for people who likes the buildup and putting your best 11 that can work as a true unit to score a goal and to avoid conceding one. If its a really good match in example Liverpool against West Ham FA Cup Final. 90 minutes can feel like just a minute. Take Perlis vs Pahang... thats a different story...

So you really can't compare to games that's played out differently. The topic itself is also one to just joke about the World Cup. No need for strong argument which sports is better. Your better of reading our political news....
