New launch, the latest phase. Last year launch 20x70 in bukit raja already RM600k++

Landed houses getting more and more expensive, even in so called ulu places.

RM600k plus plus mean it is more than 600 but below 700

RM600k< x <RM700k

It is not RM600k, unless you all interpret it as RM600k<x<RM610k

In case you guys misinterpret again below are the details:
my friend bought the one is Nafiri 2 - RM708,888
Nafiri 1 already launch at - RM690,888

then next time if I need to mention more than 600k but below 700k. I need to mention like this 600-700k hmm.gif

now developer launch smaller and smaller land size for landed property to make the price more affordable.

condo also, I notice lately launch is around 500k.

There is another toll free road from PJ/Kl back to Elmina/DA, thru jln sungai buloh -> kota damansara.
But both also congested.
DASH is the best way to resolve all the jam, even the jam at guthrie to nkve junction.
Hopefully start develop as plan on mid of 2016.

I do see the potential in this new township, denai alam e-Boulavard now got 2nd bank, Affin bank after bank islam. thumbup.gif
There are slowly more commercial will be coming up, will check and see any other shop or bank is opening when I have time. biggrin.gif
