9am queue... but from my experience on phase 1 registration, I went there early in the morning 9am. when balloting most of the late comer get 1st...  all those nice unit has been chosen ... 

If ballot..no need que to buy. Just que to register only. Ada banyak kaunter pun. Just make sure register before registration closed. Registration time refer to their website. After registration closed, ballot will start. Ballot ikut nasib lah. Nama naik cepat dapat pilih unit cepatlah. Nama lambat naik...up to you kalau tak nak beli unit yang tinggal. Kalau sampai habis ballot..nama tak naik jugak...tak ada rezeki lah untuk beli. Tips - If come with spouse - register both names. Bila salah seorang naik nama, the other one just ignore if later nama naik jugak. Another tip - enjoy the food.

So both of u guys dont think its a good buy for investment? OMG, I just put a booking rm20k yesterday for 2 units there, thinking of flipping it in 3-5 years time.
