Chinese just like to invest in property, its like in their blood.
In Malaysia, whoever control the politic, would control the economy.

Helping pool people is good but pls apply it to all races. The people who can afford 600k++ property not entitled to get the extra discount. No one born to be rich or born lucky then rich, old policy not suitable the situation today, should change it, that's it.

Back to the topic, congrats to all the buyer who managed to secure your unit!

I went to SD sales office in Denai Alam, was told by the SA that  bumi quota for the recently launched CRISTA which starts from 888k onward also almost 100% finished...shows strong demand for SD landed property..
*
Freehold landed always strong demand.. I like to go there see the planes landing during sunset, so romantics :hehe:

If bus or taxi the dotted line would be along the proposed future road. But seems like it is not.

You can see the legend of the picture, if that is proposed mrt, they can use the same dotted line, why they want to use different dotted line if that is same thing? Just my opinion lah..

It's just a proposal, not yet confirmed one but MRT Line 1 already confirmed and under construction

No doubt, this township got potential in this coming 10-15yrs, just the entry price too high, not average people can afford..
