G&G is under strata title where the title is under one master title.
F&G is a newly made up word where although the housing area is gated and guarded, each unit has an individual title. |

I believe FnG of current...developer cant build permanent guard house and brick wall fencing...
and required 70% of residents consents before can apply from local authority to have it set up as FnG. A bit tricky when compared to similar setup prior to 2013. |
