personally think if you want to see a very good return, u need to survive for 8-10 years, or small profit like 50k per unit for short term.

how much monthly progressive interest for until completion? Btw, how do u managed to book yesterday? Are u staff or prime member?

700k-850k, yes
850k-1mil, unlikely

actually u can refer to other new township transaction price from 2015 to 2016.

dont compare few years back liao, that one is like once in a blue moon.

well you can go around asking any price u want, but transacted or not is another issue...keep in mind, in another 2 years from now, there will be other houses from other phases that will flood the market also..

that right, SD seem like to take subsale on own township nearby as price benchmark.

ie elmina east phase 1 vs denai alam on 2013, slightly higher
ie elmina west phase 2 vs denai alam on 2016, almost equivalent

850K will be wishful thought...its very unlikely it will enjoy such kind of appreciation within such tight timeline, good old days are gone...

he means 3-5 years, so vp phase competition gone. 5 years with 850k still doable
