Guys, May I know how much of extra money i would need to keep aside besides the house price. I need to begin my homework. But a rough idea of what are the fees i should consider to read about would help. Legal Fee, S&P, MOT.. etc etc. anyone has complete list?

Ok i've done pretty much of research. May i know between MOT & SNP , which 1 is offered for free by Sime for Elmina?
& if its only MOT, does it reduce any burden in upfront payments?

I would calculate as below:
Lawyer fee for Loan Facility Agreement
First 150k @ 1% RM 1500
Up to 1M @ 0.7% RM 3,920

6% Gov Tax for Loan Agreement of above RM 325
Stamp Duty of Loan Facility Agreement (0.5% x loan amount) = RM 3550

ariza is really easy access, far away from HTC. The park is nice too. 20' wide is tough to design. Nevertheless, if for investment, u would still make money.

When i was in Elmina last week, at least 5 aircraft passedby in 30-45 mins duration. Noise Pollution!
