it's not bumi lot. it's bumi reserved unit. since they have quota for bumis.

bumi/non bumi lot usually on strata or leasehold title.

Yes, for strata, the master title holder has the right to allow sale.

For leasehold, state authority has the right to allow sale.

Free hold individual no problem.

Saw it. Amazing pics including other areas.

I use Google Earth for PC, look for Historical Images, drag to latest upload.

For elmina, very the fast la they cleared up and make alignments.

i still have this feeling about not to be able to secure keana, 24x79 which is cheaper 10k than my ariza unit double frontage back facing lake but 20x88.

can anyone pls make me feel better?

Those are the words of an SA. Could be the units were held for later releases.

Or, someone really had a miscalculation on his ability.
