Haha, yes Interlude is strong (but it's controllable) and pleasant smelling but Le Male is not. Not for my taste. Sorry to those who love this. That's why it is now in the hands of rightful owner. In fact, I never dared to wear it outside my house. That's why I'm mindful if I wear something like A*men as many people find the tar note offensive. The same thing applies to those scents that have "offensive/unpleasant" animalic dirty notes to use as office scent. Sorry again to those who love those notes
I like and own a bottle of Chrome. I like it for what it is. Why look for replacement? For better performance? An upgrade? If it's about upgrade, you could consider my Dior Homme Sport (2012). Mine is a tester.

Hi there! Welcome aboard bro. I would say you're on the same path as I was. I only started exploring/buying niche after I've exhausted most of the designers found in department stores/duty-free and I still buy designers.

IMHO, sport scents are meant to project only when your body heats up and short-lived. No one's working out in the gym for 8 hours straight anyway. Still, there are people wearing One Million to gym. Fahrenheit is a classic and unique but I much prefer Fahrenheit Absolute. Bleu is my go-to scent and I'm getting a 2nd bottle soon as mine is running out. Allure Homme is very versatile. In fact most Chanel's modern releases are signature worthy. To me, Allure Homme shares the same vibe with La Nuit De L'Homme, which unfortunately, both don't work for me.

kouros for me is very clean scent if u are staying at aircondition place but when u get out from that u will get the harsh thing about kouros.. i love kouros but to get a full bottle is not the rite time yet.. i have others bottle need to buy.. kouros project very beastly it have adelhydes and jasmine that give the "indian smell" sorry if i offend ppl im not trying to be racist here i just dunno wat to put the correct term.. i have a vials of kouros it have the cat urine notes..

I'm wearing Pure Wood today and it has no A*Men DNA on me... NOT AT ALL! The scent started off with a burst of wet soaked wood...That's for the first 10-15mins only. And toned down into a deeper (dry)woody scent with hints of Coffee and vanilla and into a mixture of woods and amber. This is not a sweet scent... unlike traditional A*Men. They gave it a well deserved name! The projection is this beauty is moderate (5/10) with a above average longevity (6/10), lasted for more than 7 hrs on me and is now starting to fade.

However, im a little disappointed with the flacon. The advertised flacon looks much more attractive than the real one. Is it worth the buy? Oh, yes... just because it's really unique in it's own way.

When it came, i quickly unwrapped  it and sprayed some to my wrist and my nose is sticking to my wrist right now. I cant stop sniffing it!

it  has  a very harsh bandung/rose and anise in baby powder opening, before it tapers down to a sweet, soft, dark, gorgeous concoction of vanilla, balsams, iris and resins. Habit Rouge  is  lighter and brighter compared to Shalimar, who is  dense and intense, like a mysterious woman who seduces and enthralls with her sense of mystery.
