yesterday i felt very dissapointed with the performance of Lumiere Noire... sad.gif
Combo of Rose and Patchouli destined to not be a good combo for my skin...
drydown n basenotes smell similar other perfume that I wear before, but I don't remember what brand...

SOTD - Absolue Pour le Soir
Walllllaaaaa!!!!
It's really make my day.... smile.gif
The opening very similar to Ambre Sultan...maybe due the balsamic + honey scent?
heavyweight version of chergui...but a bit lighter compared to AS.
very long last.....

what else?
woody....smoky...spicy....and a bit sweet....
at the end, i prefer this one compared to Chergui and AS smile.gif

SOTD: Le Labo Vetyver 46 & Parfums de Nicolai New York. In an attempt to stay away from white florals, I don't know if Le Labo is the right choice. I'm not very sure but I think it is the combination of guaiac wood and cloves that is coming on a bit too strong. I've notice that at times guaiac wood works for me and other times, it doesn't. New York is not too bad, smoky with a lavender and herbs in the background.

Vetyver from Le Labo mmg x best sad.gif
very plain vetiver scent....nothing special vmad.gif

Thanks!

I'm an avid tea drinker and lover. If it wasn't for one of the LYN old-timers to have asked me about T42 that day, it'd have slipped through my mind again for that round of sample shopping.

SOTD - Racquets Formula by Penhaligon's
On my skin and to my nose, lavender and bergamot are well-blended together with prominent geranium and a hint of clove sitting on top of oakmoss. Projection is moderate but consider quite good for an EdC. Longevity is moderate on my skin. This is the first chypre I own and love. It's a pity that Penhaligon discontinued this gem. It's quintessentially English!

bro marver/edward, very nice haul rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

dear my friends/perfume lover,

Here I would like to take this opportunity to share my latest gems with all of you through decants.
The price offered at buying cost/attractive/reasonable.
The volume offered are limited and based on first come first serve basis.
Min order at 5ml and just add on extra rm8 (rm2-decant+rm6-poslaju).
Decants available at 5ml and 10ml (limited) bottle.
Anyone interested, kindly drop pm to me icon_rolleyes.gif

1. Creed Silver Mountain Water - RM5/ml

http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Creed/S...-Water-472.html

p/s: Can get a low price since I got the tester.Really a nice/fine juice and love the blackcurrant scent.

2. Atelier Cologne Orange Sanguine - RM3/ml

http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Atelier...guine-9420.html

p/s: Their website selling at USD105 (RM338) for 100ml. A must try for citrus based fragrance lover.

3. L'Artisan Parfumuer Tea for Two - RM8/ml

http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/L-Artis...r-Two-5242.html

p/s: Already discontinued and hardly to find the full bottle. Some website just offer samples.
For me truly the best tea scent ever created (I prefer it compare to GPH2 and SL 5 O'Clock)

4. Maison Francis Kurkdjian Acqua Universalis Forte - RM5/ml

http://www.fragrantica.com/perfume/Maison-...orte-12710.html

p/s: MFK website selling at EU165 (RM726).
Thanks to bro airinaqaisara for allow me to has this gem at very good price.
Actually it's completely a blind buy for me since I never tried it compare to other scents from MFK.
But after did a full sampling, it's completely mesmerized me.really love the white floral drydown.
Some people might say it's more towards feminine but from me experience, it's still manageable
(not too feminine)

#sharingiscaring
#wearwhatweloveandenjoy

p/s: Some members here might already knew about me and some might not. But I'm just a decent/silent perfume lover who has been dealing with some sifus (mrbs84,kelthuzad,astroboy,edward,anige,ton3,marver etc) here for years. icon_rolleyes.gif
Now it's time for me to contribute to the community biggrin.gif
Hope for the support from the members notworthy.gif

Guys,

I have the opportunity to grab Guerlain SDV 75ml at very attractive price (EU160 @ ~RM700) through my counterpart in France.
Here I'm offering about 30ml for the split. RM10/ml and the minimum order is 10ml. No charges will be taken for the decants bottle and poslaju smile.gif
Honestly I didn't make any profit here. Just want to share this opportunity with my fellow perfume lover icon_rolleyes.gif
Anyone interested, kindly pm me.
I plan to close the offer by this week.

Wow u have a lot of perfumes..

Hi there, willkommen to the community smile.gif
Like bro ton3 n edward said,it's up to ur personal taste, which ulike n enjoy the most.
it's very important for u to try out first at counter.
my suggestion is for u to have the 'full wear' via buying samples or decants from them.

u can contact bro ton3,edward,kelthuzad n astroboy for it.
thanks

Bonjour all the fraghead here....
Finally managed to grab a set of Fragonard fragrance (Pure Parfum-5×30ml) for €145 in Paris during my last very tight working days here.
The store located at the back alley behind their museum.
One of the old France perfume house originated in Grasse.

Haha retries several Le Labo samples that i gotten from Bro Izam sometime back in 2014 hehe... i bet he is still in his heaven honeymoon  tongue.gif

Overall i feel Le Labo is neither outstanding nor lacklustre, its fame success partly due to the gimmicky bottle in front of you when u wanna buy it.

Iris 39 - Purple rooty powdery musk and i can get the lime, ginger supporting it. It is cold, rooty, waxy like of iris. Nicely done, however for cold / powdery iris i would still go for either Chanel N19 Poudre or FM Iris Poudre

Vetyver 46 - To me this is just dark, incensy vetiver.... the ideal encre noire and i like it more than sycomore. but this fella reminds me of Comme des Garcons 2 Man.

Bergamotte 22 - Neroli Portofino smile.gif one of the better longevity bergamot/neroli you can get in the market. much wallet friendly compare to TF

Rose 31 - Im biased with this one. i love this sh!t and will replace my Cartier Declaration with this once i ran out of Cartier. The rose is everywhere from the top to drydown.. and much easier to detect compare to MFK Lumiere Noire PH. This and MFK, you wont go wrong... totally signature worthy
*
Hahaha... honeymoon mood long time finished
already tongue.gif
Happy new year to you too
and for all perfumista here smile.gif

Now already married. So normally the finance
minister will remind us to cut cost kaw2
but luckily my minister is also love Perfumes smile.gif
